Hi, I'm Leo, a developer specialising in .Net who lives in South Wales. In the distant past I used to be a teacher before leaving that profession to work with Microsoft technologies on a variety of commercial web development projects for the last 15 years. I've worked for clients in areas as diverse as law, vocational training, ticket retail, industrial shop fitting and athletics. I've also done some work for charity clients.

Ever since I was a junior developer I always used to tell chuggers (those people who approach you on the street seeking a £2 a month subscription donation to a charity, a contraction of "charity mugger") that I would not donate £24 a year to any charity that had no easy way for me to donate a couple of hours a month of his time, as his time was worth more than his money in that respect.

Well, now I have to put my time where my mouth is. Because Social Coder is that method for making myself available. So if you have a project going on anywhere between Cardiff and Llanelli, and I can help, please get in touch (or further if you can do remote working!).

When I'm not volunteering to develop things for charities, or working my day job, I am a proud father, writer and avid consumer of pop culture. I write for the online magazine Trash Mutant and I am currently working on my first major novel release.
