satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Social Coder does not warrant that your use
of the Services will be secure, uninterrupted, always available, error-free or will meet your requirements, or that any
defects in the Services will be corrected. Social Coder disclaims liability for, and no warranty, representation, condition

Agreement or the use of the Services or the Site, exceed the price paid by you for your account, or,
if you have not paid for the use of any Services, the amount of £10.00 or its equivalent.

damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental,
arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of the Site or Services,
including without limitation, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other claims, losses or damages resulting
from communications or meetings with other users of the Services. This includes any claims, losses or damages arising
from the conduct of users who have registered under false pretenses or who attempt to defraud or harm you.
Social Coder and its officials may use various ways of verifying information that users have provided.
However, accepting that none of those ways are perfect, you agree that Social Coder and its officials will have no
liability to you arising from any incorrectly verified information.
If a volunteer attends a site operated by a user of the charitable service, said user assumes all liability in
relation to health and safety.
We cannot and do not guarantee to match volunteers to charity projects.
You agree that intellectual property created during the course of a Social Coder project is the exclusive property
of the charitable organisation. We encourage charities to use open source and permissive free software licences.
